Weekend Assistance Calls resulting from failed customer owned equipment will result in a $65.00 per hour charge.
Those with issues related to Customer owned Routers and Computers may be charged for customer assistance. Please verify that your computer can see and communicate with your router or radio before calling for assistance. 90% of all issues are related to cabe/dsl routers that have failed, connections that have been disconnected, or power supplies that are unplugged.
Many times, especially in Flagstaff lightning season, problems can be cleared by rebooting your network. When rebooting systems, always power down all equipment, then power up the radio, wait three minutes, power up any routers and switches, wait three minutes, then power up your P.C.'s.
RediLynx has an established record of 99.995% uptime and most (97%) problems that are encountered are not with our network or with our customer premise equipment, but with the users equipment.
